# week 5 Photos and Images

Again, I can search around on Flickr forever. There are so many photos! And it's amazing what you can find. Like these ones from my home town....makes me homesick

# 4 RSS Feeds

Well, I jumped online and searched around for RSS feeds to add to my bloglines account. All I can say is, that a peson can get seriously lost in the endless amount of fodder. After spending a couple of weeks on this exercise, I had to stop looking and move on. There are only so many hours in the day, and to be honest, I am not likely to spend most of those reading all the news and updates my list of feeds has to offer. On to the next task!

# Week 3 Social Networking - Facebook & Twitter

I'm on FB, and other social network sites, mainly to keep in touch with my friends, most of whom are scattered all over the world. It is a great tool for that purpose, definitely cheaper than phoning everyone. And since most of my friends post photos regularly, i can keep track of how fast their kids are growing up. I haven't signed up to Twitter, because personally i don't "jump" online enough to keep up with it.

# week 2 blogs/wikis/nings

well, that was interesting. i had no idea it was that easy to create a blog, although i spent a long time thinking of a name for my blog. now i'll need to go back when i have some extra time and fiddle around with the template and liven it up a bit.
